Life Happens

I doubt that anyone looks at this blog any longer.  I don't blame you.  Something I once loved and thought about everyday has gotten lost in the circumstances of life.

What has happened since March 9?
Starting on March 16th BOTH of my parents were hospitalized a number of times and both spent time in rehabilitation facilities. Then my first grandchild was born - a beautiful boy!  The end-of-the-school-year craziness ensued.  My daughter's wedding is days away.

Emotional roller coasters don't leave much room for thoughtful blog posts.  I had been winding down anyway.  I miss you COEXIST. I hope I'll be back someday soon. Meanwhile, having a beloved mother and father and new little person to love and care for is a blessing everyday.

I stop by on occasion to see if our shared experiences are inspiring any deep, introspective or poetic thoughts. And I don't blame you one bit for not wanting to express anything you/we are experiencing right now. My creative juices are completely dry right now, too.

Just focusing on the basics - keeping mom and dad going and keeping you and I going so we can help them.

But I can't wait until you feel energized and inspired again to write, as I get so much from the thoughts you take time to express here.

I love you so much, sis!

I just stopped by tonight to see how you were doing. I am so sorry to hear about your parents. I know how that is and it changes family dynamics so much.

Congratulations on your new grandchild. What a wonderful blessing! Enjoy! Life is so beautiful and intense!
