My choir sang these words this morning and they brought tears to my eyes as I pondered what they really mean. From the poetic and prophetic book of Isaiah.
Every valley shall be exalted
and every mountain and hill made low,
and the rough ground shall become level
and the rough places a plain.
And the glory of the Lord will be revealed
and all mankind will see it,
for the mouth of the Lord has spoken it.
