Yes, I could imagine, but then there would be no passion, nothing to feel strongly about, and everyone would be exactly the same. Do we really want to walk around thinking about nothing but love all day and not doing anything.
War is not good but a life without passion and nothing that you would be willing to die for might not be so good either.
Just my opinion.
I can't help wondering if perhaps you interpreted John Lennon's words about religion in a different way then I did? Were you thinking of the many killings that resulted from misguided religious enthusiasm? That's not how I interpreted John Lennon's words! I thought his words "...and no religion too," meant that the world would be better off without religion at all!
I kinda agree with 'Happyone." In the Heaven I look forward to, everyone remains a unique individual, forever influenced by the countries from which they originated. In other words, while we all become one in Jesus Christ, we remain distinct personalities. Does that strike a bell with anyone? I would very much appreciate feedback on this subject as I have never heard anyone express the concept of oneness with Jesus Christ in this way! Edna
